A trellis archway stretches the entire length of the home's entrance where, in the green season, morning glories cover the drive and invite you in. You will have a private code to enter the gates. There is no dedicated parking space for this unit, but parking may be possible depending on occupancy of the entire unit. Monkeys (and sometimes Iguanas and occasionally other animals) will often enjoy the Monkey Walk leading to the property, hence the name! They are one of the many attractions of Costa Rica, and you may hear them from time to time outside of the window. As is common in Tamarindo, there are critters and it's part of the way of life here. Tamarindo also experiences brief power outages regularly. As vibrant as Tamarindo is, we do have quiet time between 11 pm and 7 am so neighbors can enjoy their rest. We have a pack and play / crib in storage - please request in advance so we can set it out for you at check-in time. The whole property is gated, but the pool does not have a separate gate.
